The audit is a full day on-site, followed by a written findings report within 7 working days. Booking begins with a short enquiry — once confirmed, your £475 deposit secures the date.
Tell me about your site, your operation, what's prompted the booking, and three or four dates that could work. Takes about 5 minutes.
Within 24 working hours, I'll review the enquiry, confirm a date that works for both of us, and send you a Stripe invoice for the £475 deposit. If the audit isn't the right fit, I'll say so and recommend something else.
Once the deposit is paid, your audit date is locked in. You'll receive a confirmation page with everything needed before the visit — site contact, team availability, any documents I'll want sight of beforehand.
Step 1 of 3
Complete the form below. The questions help me understand whether the audit is the right next step for your operation, and what to look at first if it is. Where you genuinely don't know an answer, give your best estimate or write "not sure" — incomplete information is a useful diagnostic signal in itself.
Worth knowing
The £950 audit fee covers travel anywhere in mainland UK. Overseas audits are available but flight and accommodation costs are invoiced separately — I'll quote upfront if your site is outside the UK.
If after reviewing your enquiry I don't think a full audit is the right next step — too small, too narrow, better served by Rapid-Resolve — I'll tell you. I'd rather lose the booking than take a fee for the wrong service.
The written findings report is delivered within 7 working days of the audit. The £475 balance payment is invoiced on report delivery — you see the work before you pay the remaining fee.
